Don't worry, with iTunes transfer, you can easily have the same iTunes library on different computers, or move iTunes music songs, videos, podcasts, playlists and ratings from one computer to another.Below is the step by step guide for your reference.
Step 1: Download the latest iTunes library transfer , and then install it on both PCs you want to transfer itunes library from and to.
Step 2: On the computer where you want to transfer iTunes library from, launch iTunes libary transfer.
Step 3: You will be promoted with a popup window as following let you to create a new iTunes backup, click Yes. 
Step 4: Input the backup name and creator, for example use the current date as backup name, choose DB and files and click OK. It will copy both iTunes internal DB and music/video files, then Click OK.
Step 5: During the backup process, it will open your iTunes and pls don't close it, it will take about 2-3 mins and depends how big your itunes library is.
Step6: Once the backup is finished, you will be able to import or recover it into another computer's library. Click import button and select the folder where you have backuped your iTunes, Click OK.
Step7: If you want to recover your iTunes library in current computer, just right click on the backup you want to restore and select Restore.
